Broccoli Quiche

Recipe: Broccoli Quiche

Summary: Quiche is perfect anytime, but particularly for breakfast – and using Wild Veggie Broccoli is a great way to get a ton of nutrients in before starting your day!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Wild Veggie Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small onion, diced, sautéed, drained
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese

  • 9” pre-baked pie shell
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place cheese and onions in pie shell.
  2. Mix Wild Veggie Broccoli and all other ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until set (insert a tooth pick in the center – if it comes out clean, then it’s ready.)
  4. Cool prior to cutting.
